We believe that part of a good health care practice is to establish and communicate our financial policy to our patients. We are dedicated to providing the best and most cost-effective medical care for you, and we want you to completely understand our financial policy.
Payment:
Our goal is to provide you affordable medical care. Charges are determined by the amount of time spent and the complexity of the problem or surgical procedure.
All charges are due and payable at the time services are rendered. If you have insurance coverage, we will gladly process your claim; however we request that you pay your estimated portion (deductible, co-pay, etc.) at the time of each appointment. If you do not carry insurance, or if your coverage is currently under a pre-existing condition clause, payment in full is expected at the time of you visit.
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
